At the NIER´s website we have compiled information about what we do, our publications, current statistics and comparisons of forecasts. Factual information is provided under the headings at the left. In the main menu at the top of the page, there are functions to help you find information on our website, as well as a link between the English and Swedish versions of the site. So-called session cookies are used on the NIER´s website. These are stored temporarily while you are on the site. The cookies function is used only for the part of the site where you need to log in. When ordering publications through the website, you are asked to submit certain personal information. This information is used to process orders as well as subscriptions and invoices. To subscribe to our electronic news services, you only need to provide your e-mail address. We do not forward our e-mail register to other parties, but we may use it ourselves to send you questions or offers.

Illustrations and Design
Most of the drawings on our website are by Tommy Swahn. Most of the photographs are by Hans Ekestang. Lars Aneer has assisted us on the design.
Technical Features
The website is designed for a page width of 1024 pixels. The page width does not adjust to the size of the window. The website is constructed with relative positioning.
Much of our information is stored in pdf files. In order to read these files, you need the Acrobat Reader programme, which can be downloaded at no charge from www.adobe.se.
Our publishing tool is called SiteVision and is provided by the firm Senselogic.
